The service

JUWEL is an AI assistant with her own operating environment. She acts on your instructions, pauses for your approval on consequential actions as enforced for listed effectful tools and company OS action classes, and is designed to receipt material actions — the ledger is the source of truth for signed events. Free and Pro tiers are described on the pricing page.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the instructions you give and the approvals you grant.
• Use JUWEL lawfully. Don't use her to harm people or systems.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself; actions approved from your account are yours.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
• These Terms incorporate the Acceptable Use Policy by reference. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

The honest part

• JUWEL is AI and can make mistakes. She is not legal, medical, or financial advice; review what matters before it ships.
• Receipts are designed to prove what happened for signed events. They don't guarantee an outcome was the best one.
• The offline verifier is open source and free for everyone, forever, customer or not.

Regulated domains

JUWEL may assist with administrative and analytical work that touches medical, legal, or financial topics. JUWEL is not a medical device, not a law firm, and not a registered investment adviser or broker.

• Medical: No diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing. Licensed clinicians remain responsible for clinical decisions. Do not submit PHI unless a Business Associate Agreement is in place; Vext Labs does not offer a BAA today.
• Legal: No attorney-client relationship with Vext Labs. Outputs are not legal advice. Have a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction review before relying or filing.
• Financial: No personalized investment advice. Educational and decision-support only. Wallet balances are prepaid product credits, not bank deposits. Money movement and other consequential actions require your explicit approval.

Approvals

Consequential tools require approval as enforced server-side for the listed effectful tool set (today: calendar create and Gmail draft; no bypass flag for those tools). Company OS consequential classes (send, publish, spend, hire, sign, delete) always require human approval. Client approval cards may appear more broadly as UX; the server inventory is authoritative and expands as tools ship. Detail: security page.

Billing and cancellation

Pro renews monthly ($20) or yearly ($200) through Stripe until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's customer terms; Vext never stores full card numbers. Wallet balances are prepaid product credits for compute and related product use — not bank deposits, not FDIC-insured, not investment products. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. Your data and receipts remain exportable after cancellation. Store subscriptions (Apple/Google), if any, must be canceled in the store separately. See also wallet and account deletion.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Acceptable Use Policy violations or unlawful use. You may cancel anytime and export data before deletion. Account deletion follows the path in Settings or the account deletion page.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and Vext Labs' total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
