What we collect

  • Account basics: name and email you give us at signup; phone/address only if you add them.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the last four digits of your card — never the full number.
  • Your instance data: files, memory, chats, and receipts live with your JUWEL instance and are yours. Your signing key is generated on your device.
  • Basic telemetry: page analytics and error logs to keep the product working.

What we do with it

Run JUWEL for you, bill you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We don't use your private instance content to train models.

Your controls

  • Export your files, memory, and receipts at any time.
  • Delete your account and instance data by writing to info@tryvext.com.
  • Receipts you exported remain verifiable offline forever — that never depends on us.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), model providers your instance routes to (the receipt records which), and hosting infrastructure. Each receives only what the job requires.
