Delete your JUWEL account
You can request deletion of your account and associated JUWEL instance data yourself in the app, or by email if you no longer have access. This page states what the product actually does today. JUWEL is the product at juwel.ai; Vext Labs, the Human Intent lab behind JUWEL, operates the service.
Delete inside JUWEL
- Sign in to JUWEL.
- Export any data you want to keep first (files, memory, receipts where available).
- If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in the Stripe customer portal or your app store (Apple/Google) as needed — store billing is separate from account wipe.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review what will be removed, type the requested confirmation (your account email or phone), and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@juwel.ai from the email linked to your account, or include the phone number linked to it. Write “JUWEL account deletion request” in the subject. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
SLA: After verification, we aim to complete email deletion requests within 30 days (sooner when practical), subject to retention carve-outs below and any legal hold.
What may be retained
Data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or legal obligations is handled according to the JUWEL Privacy Policy. In plain terms, retention carve-outs may include:
- SMS STOP / opt-out records (so we do not message you again)
- Tax and billing records required by law
- Fraud / security logs
- Legal holds when required
- Hashed deletion audit log entries (not full account content)
These are not a full copy of your chats, files, or instance memory.
Billing cancel (stores)
Deleting your JUWEL account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel those in Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings, or manage Stripe billing from the product billing controls where available.
