Delete your JUWEL account

You can delete your account and associated JUWEL instance data yourself. You can also request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete inside JUWEL

  1. Sign in to JUWEL.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review what will be removed, type the requested confirmation, and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@tryvext.com from the email linked to your account, or include the phone number linked to it. Write “JUWEL account deletion request” in the subject. We will verify the request before deleting the account.

Data that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or legal obligations is handled according to the JUWEL Privacy Policy. A store subscription, if any, must be canceled in the store or billing service separately.
